Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

At Blanks and Print, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the details below carefully, as different terms apply to blank apparel and custom DTF transfers.

Blank Apparel - Returns & Refunds 

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, items must be returned within 10 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or colour only.
  • If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review the details and let you know the next steps. We handle each claim individually to ensure a fair outcome.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
  • A $15 restocking fee applies to JB's Wear items.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Clearance sale items
  • Custom or personalised orders

DTF Transfers – Replacement & Refund

Since our DTF transfers are printed to order, they can’t be returned. As each order is custom produced, please see our refund and reprint policy below.

Errors on our End

If we print the wrong design, size, quantity, or there’s a verified print issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Reprint your order free of charge
  • Cover replacement shipping

If a reprint isn’t possible, a refund may be issued. We handle each case individually to make it fair.

Buyer Error

If incorrect artwork, spelling, sizing, low-resolution files, or other details were submitted:

  • Refunds aren't possible

Please double-check all artwork, sizing, and details before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The order is cancelled before production begins
  • We are unable to resolve a verified issue

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellations (All Orders)

  • Orders cancelled before processing will receive a refund minus transaction fees.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
