Returns

At Blanks and Print, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We get that sometimes things don’t work out or need to be returned for other reasons. Check out our return policy below to make the process easy.

Since we're a wholesaler, we have specific return terms. Please read the details carefully so we can handle your return smoothly.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery. Once your return request is approved, items must be returned within 10 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or colour. To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your desired size or colour. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a photo and email it to us. We will review the damage and let you know how we can resolve the issue.

Process

  • Contact us at sales@blanksandprint.co.nz to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with returning the item(s).
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges and transaction fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • A $15 restocking fee applies to all JB's Wear items.

  • Custom or personalised orders

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before processing will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
